Two weeks later, late on a Thursday night, I became very concerned when I realized the policy was in my name, since I don’t own the car. I called the State Farm central office again. They said the local office would have to handle. Local office was closed on Friday and the weekend. HOWEVER, Christina responded to my SOS e-mail and got it all straightened out even though the office was closed. It really put my mind at ease. Christina FTW!"
